Can I change my plan at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time via “Manage subscription” in the settings.
How do I pay?+
By bank card through the secure Stripe payment system. We do not ask for a card at sign-up — payment is only requested when you choose a paid plan yourself.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices are shown without VAT. The seller, MB „Debit VS Credit“, is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, at any time. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the free Starter plan is enabled automatically. Your data is not deleted.
What happens if I pay during the trial?+
The trial ends and your paid plan takes effect immediately.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?+
You are moved to the free Starter plan (up to 5 clients) automatically. All your data is kept.
Is data stored in the EU?+
Yes. All data is stored on EU-region servers in line with GDPR requirements.
Do I get an invoice for every payment?+
Yes, an invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I invite team members?+
Yes. The Professional plan supports a team of up to 6 members including the owner; the Team plan up to 10.
