• System usage data (login times, activity log)
• Client company names, VAT codes and other data entered into the system by the user
• Employee data (names, positions) entered into the system by the user

• To create and manage your account
• To provide the Service (managing deadlines, tasks and clients)
• To send notifications and reminders
• To resolve technical issues
• To comply with legal requirements

4. Data storage

• Data is stored on EU-region servers
• We use Supabase infrastructure (EU region)
• Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS)
• Account data is kept for as long as the account is active
• After an account is deleted, its data is erased within 30 days

5. Sharing data with third parties

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except:

• Supabase (database, EU region)
• Stripe (payment processing, where applicable)
• Email service provider (for sending notifications)
