Terms of use

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of “Buhalterio Kalendorius” (the Service). By starting to use the Service, you confirm that you agree to these terms.

2. Creating an account

• An account may only be created by a natural person with full legal capacity or by an authorised representative of a legal entity.
• All account details must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. User obligations

• Not to breach the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, including the GDPR and the Law on Accounting.
• Not to give third parties access to other persons' data without their consent.
• Not to take any action that could disrupt the operation of the Service.
• To protect the client data you process in accordance with professional secrecy requirements.

4. Liability of the service provider

• We aim to ensure 99.5% availability per year.
• We make regular data backups.
• We are not liable for losses caused by the actions of third parties or force majeure.
• Maximum liability does not exceed the amounts paid for the Service over the last 12 months.

5. Payments and subscription

• New users can use the Team plan features free of charge for 14 days.
• When the trial ends, the free Starter plan (up to 5 clients) is enabled automatically and your data is kept.
• Professional costs 19 €/month or 180 €/year; Team costs 49 €/month or 468 €/year. The plans are described on the Pricing page.
• Prices are shown without VAT — the seller, MB „Debit VS Credit“, is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. An invoice is issued for every payment.
• Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe payment system. No card is requested at sign-up; payment is only requested when the user chooses a paid plan. If you pay during the trial, the trial ends and the paid plan takes effect immediately.
• The subscription renews automatically. It can be cancelled at any time; a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the Starter plan is enabled.
• If a payment fails and is not settled within 7 days, the Starter plan is enabled. Data is not deleted.

6. Termination of the Service

• You can delete your account at any time in the Settings.
• We may terminate the Service with 14 days' notice if you breach these terms.
• Accounting documents are kept for 10 years as required by Lithuanian law, even after the account is deleted.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service belong to the service provider. You retain the rights to the data and documents you upload.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania under Lithuanian law. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
